This position is responsible for the sales, promotion and marketing of industrial automation products and services to existing and potential customers in the market.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Preparing marketing strategies. Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services.
  2. Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns, presentation to client. Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients. Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
  3. Ensuring the company meets the sales targets and look for new projects for the CBB (malls, offices, airports, hotels & resorts, hospitals, data center etc).
  4. Prepare monthly performance reports.
  5. Generate business leads and collaboration with customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Engg: Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control (products are highly specialized thus, we limit courses to Engg).
  2. Work experience: > 10 yrs.
  3. Proven work experience in Business Development & Marketing Executive, or similar position in the Sales Dept.
  4. Must have knowledge and connections with M&E designers, Consultants and building owners.
  5. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

HR Assistant Manager

The HR Assistant Manager will report directly to the Sr. HR-Admin Manager.  The HR Assistant Manager will execute HR work in all facets of HR: recruitment, training, benefits administration, payroll administration, records management, employee relations and performance management.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Handles sourcing up to hiring; employee onboarding, engagement
  2. Training: Prepares Training Plan; source for applicable trainings; recording and monitoring of training effectiveness
  3. Ensures continuous provision of company-initiated and government-mandated benefits
  4. Payroll: processing and timely release of payroll and govt remittances
  5. Performance management: timely conduct of performance appraisals of employees; prepares ratings summary
  6. Employee relations: Provide assistance and support in implementing employee relations programs; administration/implementation of Company policies, rules and regulations
  7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  1. Work experience: minimum 10 yrs
  2. College graduate: Psychology or Business Management
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Excellent people skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  7. Good organizational skills and attention to details
  8. Sound MS Office knowledge and computer literacy
  9. With at least five (5) years work experience in a Japanese company

AA Sales Engineer

This position is responsible for the sales, promotion and marketing of industrial automation products and services to existing and potential customers in the market.

Job responsibilities:

  1. In-charge of sales & marketing of advance automation related products and systems for Chemical, Food & Beverage, other industries and distributors.
  2. Visits active and prospective clients to evaluate needs and recommend the appropriate products or services
  3. Find new clients to sell our products.
  4. Maintain good relationship with the existing clients.
  5. To prepare quotation, tender, sales report, presentation and proposal material.
  6. Able to meet booking target and work independently.
  7. Ensure timely fulfilment of orders
  8. Proactive respond to customer needs.
  9. Provide consultation to clients on technical issues
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly sales report

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
  2. Candidate with 1 to 2 years experience in sales/marketing or engineering field will be added advantage.
  3. Independent, driven and results oriented
  4. Possess strong analytical skills, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and with teamwork spirit
  5. Good oral and written communication skills
