POSITION:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Commercial Building Business (CBB), main product is Building Management System (BMS)
Job responsibilities:
- Preparing marketing strategies. Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns, presentation to client. Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients.Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets and look for new projects for the CBB (malls, offices, airports, hotels & resorts, hospitals, data center etc)
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Generate business leads and collaboration with customers
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engg: Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control (products are highly specialized thus, we limit courses to Engg)
- Work experience: > 10 yrs
- Proven work experience in Business Development & Marketing Executive, or similar position in the Sales Dept
- Must have knowledge and connections with M&E designers, Consultants and building owners
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
POSITION:BA SYSTEM ENGINEER
Job summary:
To perform various engineering works on Building Management System (BMS).
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering works in design, programming, testing, commissioning, trouble shooting and installation.
- Create and develop engineering data, control logic, sequence of operation, graphics generation and 3rd party system integration.
- Assist in the preparation and review of instrumentation engineering.
- Assist and prepares conceptual design, detailed design, performs design control.
- Prepare I/O list and system architecture.
- Create DDC program, engineering data and graphics.
- Upload/download system files, save and restore data files.
- Execute testing & commissioning of Azbil products and control system.
- Assist in the supervision of installation works.
- Support project scheduling and project planning.
- Perform other functions as directed and required such as but not limited to: calibration, maintenance, diagnostics, repair & restoration, upgrade work.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation and Control Engineering
- Knowledge in JVAC Instrumentation and Control.
- Three (3) years experience in related work particularly BMS or SCADA, is an advantage
- Must be able to interpret electro-mechanical drawings, schematic diagram, mechanical drawings and other similar technical drawings.

- Working knowledge in AutoCAD.
- With general engineering skills and knowledge.
